Prints & Postcards
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Original Artwork
Due to the nature of original artwork, returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage.
Custom or Commissioned Work
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
Once a return is approved and received, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping costs.
